Know Before You Go

Check-in/Checkout

• Peak Season check-ins are held at our front desk from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

• Off Season check-ins are conducted over the phone on the day of your arrival.

• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Rules

• No moving furniture.

• Vehicles may only be driven on gravel driveways and parking areas. Please, no driving on grass.

• Tents and campers are not allowed.

• Quiet Hours are from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.

• Campfires are NOT permitted anywhere on Heartland Elk Guest Ranch property. Violators will be fined $100 for damages and will be asked to leave immediately. Gas fire pits are located at each cabin; propane is provided. We provide charcoal grills at each cabin; charcoal is not included.

• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on Heartland Elk Guest Ranch property.

• Pets are not allowed on Heartland Elk Guest Ranch property.

Checkout Checklist

• Clean all dishes

• Place all trash in the large trash cans outside each cabin and tie down the lid with the provided straps.

• Make sure all personal property is removed, and put all cabin games, books, etc. back to their original locations.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• No shows will be required to pay for the entire booking.
